Now that we’re opening our lives to you, I feel that it’s important to introduce you to some of our very important pets:

First up is our sweet pooch, Athena. She is a 2.5 year old Great Pyrenees. A very stubborn dog who lets her feelings be known to everyone around her, she is a sweet lover who enjoys snuggles at any time of the day. She barks at every leaf that drops, gives a better side eye than a teenage girl, and demands a scratch from anyone that walks into our home.

Roscoe is our 2 year old black lab/German shepherd mix. He’s lost when mom has to go to work and doesn’t understand personal space. He’s a lover of his toys and will play fetch all day if you let him. He’s a very vocal dog, to the point of sounding aggressive when he barks, but doesn’t have a mean bone in his oversized body. We like to refer to him as the bowling ball due to his lack of body awareness.

This little angel cat is Dexter, or small cat as we call him. He’s a lover of human toes and close cuddles. He doesn’t talk much but he purrs when someone just looks at him, and is content to be curled up on a couch in the basement or stretched across the kitchen floor when someone is in there cooking.

This is our biggest cat, Bandit, also known as Garbage or Roo. He was taken from a trailer home from owners who were just going to leave him there when they moved. He definitely thinks he’s the king of our castle, and he is never one to let you leave without a goodbye meow.
Coming soon: Mocha, our cat who hates pictures and people.
